This policy explains how Fancy Text: Stylish Name Maker (package com.indusapps.fancytext), published on Google Play by Indus apps ("we"), handles information.

Information we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or any other personal information, and nothing you enter in the app is sent to us. The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not run any server that receives your data.

Your favorites, your copy history (the last items you copied) and your settings are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are never sent to us and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Clipboard and sharing

The text you type is styled on your device. When you tap a style, symbol or nickname, the result is copied to your device's clipboard and nowhere else; it is not sent to us or to any server. Where you paste it is up to you. If you tap Share, the text goes only to the app you pick in Android's share sheet.

Advertising

The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• Device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID
• Approximate location derived from the IP address
• App interactions and diagnostics related to ads (for example ad views and clicks, crashes)
• Device information (model, operating system version, language)

This data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices

• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch we show Google's consent form, where you can accept or refuse personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings under Google → Ads.
• Optional ads: the video ad that unlocks the premium decorations for 24 hours is only shown when you choose to watch it.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data deletion

We don't hold personal data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes all locally stored data. For data processed by Google, use your Google account controls or contact Google.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
